SeizeIO – Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your SeizeIO account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this: directly in the app or by e-mail to the controller.

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open the SeizeIO app and sign in to your account.
  2. In the bottom navigation tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning and tap Continue.
  5. In the next dialog type the word DELETE and confirm with Delete forever.

Your data is then deleted from our servers immediately and permanently. Recovery is not possible.

2. Delete by e-mail

If you no longer have access to the app, send an informal e-mail to ajohe.ajohe@gmail.com stating the e-mail address you registered with. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

So that rounds other players are taking part in remain playable, the following references are anonymised rather than deleted:

Server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) may remain for up to 30 days in our infrastructure provider's logs (e.g. Railway) for technical reasons and are then automatically overwritten. After deletion they can no longer be linked to your account.

5. Effect of deletion

Once deletion is complete you can no longer sign in with your previous credentials. Active access tokens become invalid no later than their expiry (typically within minutes); refresh fails immediately because your account no longer exists in the identity provider.
